We're seeking an experienced Ford mechanic. We have five F150s and two F550s that need various work done. Would prefer someone who has a shop in Warrenton, MO but would consider someone who could work on them here at our office space in Warrenton.
Pay is $20/hour. This small business will need fleet work for years to come.
We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit. To be successful, you'll need solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage fleet maintenance schedule
- Preform Ford fleet maintenance as required
- Troubleshoot and problem solve Truck issues
- Adhere to business deadlines
Must Have
- Experience with Ford truck maintenance
- Performance driven attitude
- Reliable transportation
- A shop or be able to work in Warrenton, Mo
- Strong mechanical skills
Nice to have
- Ford Certifications or Training
- Lives in Warrenton, Mo or close enough to commute
- Welding experience
- Strong analytical skills
