Vendor Relations/Office Assistant

We're seeking a people person to make phone calls at our office in Warrenton. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8am-2pm. $16 an hour cash/1099 to start. Raise to $17 after 120 days.  As an employee of our company, you will book reservations for our Gun Shows. You'll make and answer phone calls and enter the data into our computer system. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word a plus. Must have great time management skills and be willing to take on additional tasks as needed. This is a fast paced environment with plenty of upwards mobility.  

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem and customer service skills.


Responsibilities

  • Make 60-80 calls a day
  • Answer calls 
  • Book reservations
  • Use CRM, Odoo, Microsoft Office, phones
  • Open the office at 8am sharp every day

Must Have

  • Customer service experience
  • Live in Warrenton MO
  • Great personality and phone voice
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Cooperative attitude

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Experience in Sales
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong analytical skills
